Processing Times
Embracing instant gratification, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During holidays, weekends, or severe weather conditions, processing will take 24–48 hours.
Any special processing timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items typically require approximately 15 to 20 business days for shipping, . If you need to cancel or modify your order during this period, please contact support at support@niagaranoir.com. Once the items arrive, they will be automatically shipped to your provided address.

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.
Digital Wallets: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Installments: Shop Pay Installments allowing you to split your purchase into equal, interest-free payments due every two weeks with no hidden or late fees.
Points Redeem

- How to Redeem: You can redeem your accumulated points directly during the checkout process using our loyalty widget, by converting your points into a fixed-amount discount coupon via your member account portal.
- Application: Once redeemed, apply the generated discount code at checkout to have the value deducted instantly from your order subtotal.
- Conditions: Points cannot be combined with certain promotional codes or transferred to other accounts. If an order containing redeemed points is refunded, the corresponding points will be credited back to your member account according to our policy.
Order Modification and Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at support@niagaranoir.com with your order number and the requested changes. Once an order has been packed or dispatched from our fulfillment center, we can no longer modify or cancel it. In this event, you may refer to our returns and exchanges policy once your package arrives.
Changing Shipping Address
Once an order has been successfully placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout before completing your purchase.
